Oliver brings over a decade of experience in enhancing HR strategies and workplace culture across various organizations. He is passionate about creating positive employee experiences, and is dedicated to continuous learning in the ever-changing HR landscape.

Outside of work, Oliver enjoys quality time with his beautiful wife, two adorable children and rambunctious puppy Louie who inspire him daily. Living on Long Island, they embark on adventures from Beach Days, to boating the South Shore and exploring the North Fork.

A devoted New York Jets, Knicks and Yankees fan, Oliver cheers for his teams each season regardless of the inevitable outcome.  Travel is so important to them, as they cherish the chance to explore new cultures and make lasting memories.
